Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item you must do so within 14 days from date of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange past 14 days. No exceptions.

Please read these term carefully as by shopping with us you agree to our returns policy. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the swing tags still in place.  

Please note there is no returns or exchanges on underwear.

To complete your return, email us at alohaeveonline@gmail.com with your order number and a reason for your return. 

Post your item and keep your tracking number.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, it will appear within a few days.

Please note we only issue refunds for online sales, not instore purchases. 

Sale items 
Only regular priced items purchased online may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All sale items are considered Final Sale. 

Exchanges 

If you wish to exchange an item instore we require a receipt as proof of purchase. The item must be unworn and unused in its original packaging with swing tags still in place.


Faulty Items

If an item is deemed to be faulty we will contact the supplier for a replacement if required.


Gifts
If the online purchase was a gift, the refund will be returned to the original payment method and therefor the purchaser. 

A gift purchased instore may be exchanged or a credit note issued within 14 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs paid are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t take any responsibility for item lost or damaged while in transit.
