Please read these terms carefully as by shopping with us you agree to our returns policy.
Please note that we are a small business and our policies may differ from larger online sellers.
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed by email and will be fulfilled with the shipping address provided.
Please note our Returns Policy is a strict 7 Days.

We are a small business so please don’t order multiple size to try on at home. We will happily exchange an item for another size if required.
If you wish to make a return the item must be returned to the store within 7 days from date of arrival according to our tracking records.
This includes your return postage time.
Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange past 7 days. No exceptions.
No refunds for in store purchases, only exchange or credit.
No refunds on items purchased during Flash Sales or Promotional Sales.
Sale items are considered Final Sale & can only be returned for store credit or exchange.
AFTERPAY - Orders placed using Afterpay are eligible for a store credit ONLY. Afterpay orders are NOT eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, unaltered, no makeup or deodorant marks and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the swing tags
still in place.
Please note there is no returns or exchanges on swimwear, underwear & earrings.

number, reason for your return and if you would like a credit, exchange or
refund.
Upon confirmation please post your item asap and keep your
tracking number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs paid are non-refundable.
If you request a refund, the cost of initial shipping paid by us will be deducted from your refund. This ensures we are not out of pocket due to change of mind.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your order to reach you may vary. Please consider this when purchasing and keep in mind that we are at a rural location and shipping takes another day or two longer than in city transit.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping
insurance. We don’t take any responsibility for item lost or damaged while in
transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your return does not meet the requirements, it will be posted back to you.
Refunds (if applicable)
If approved your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, it will appear within a few days. Please check your spam & junk folder for this communication.
Credit Notes
Credit notes issued for online returns are valid for 12 months & will be emailed as an online Gift Card. Be sure to check your spam
& junk folders.
Sale items
Only full priced items purchased online may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All sale items purchased online are considered Final Sale.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item purchased online further shipping charges will be at your own cost.
If you wish to exchange an item in store we require a receipt as proof of purchase. The item must be unworn and unused in its
original packaging with swing tags still in place. Within 7 days. We do not accept return for change of mind past this time frame.
Faulty Items
If an item is believed to be faulty, please contact us. Please do not contact
or return the item to the manufacturer.
Gifts
If the online purchase was a gift, the refund will be returned to the original payment method and therefor the purchaser.
A gift purchased instore may be exchanged or a credit note issued within 14 days from date of purchase.
