Temple of the Sun Ma Beaded Necklace Gold

Ma draws on one of the oldest syllables in human speech - the sound of mother and of the ground that holds all life; in ancient Egypt, Ma'at was the goddess of truth and cosmic order. The beaded necklace strings green aventurine in 18k Gold Vermeil, a stone whose name comes from the Italian "a ventura", 'by chance', after a glass discovered by accident in seventeenth-century Venice.
